serene escape
friendly staff food variety good restaurants
i appreciated the excellent service from the staff. everyone was engaging and friendly, and they made every effort to assist. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food (i especially liked the fresh fruit options). dinner at the restaurants was equally good.
the buildings are a little tired, so they could benefit from some attention.

The resort has three pools available, each offering a great experience. pool bars offered convenient access to refreshments. a buggy service provided transportation to rooms. Staff offered friendly banter on these short rides.

friendly staff ocean view
The ocean view from my balcony was great. The hotel provided convenient shuttles from my room to both the lobby and the breakfast buffet. I found this service efficient. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The service was perfect.
I noticed the gym equipment seemed a bit dated .

Fantastic Stay with Great Service!
fast buggy service delicious breakfast
I found my room clean, spacious, and offered a great ocean view. The buggy service was fast! Breakfast was very delicious. The eating area overlooked the ocean. Greenery surrounded the area! I appreciated how well-kept everything was.
I noticed some stains on the coffee mugs when I checked into my room. It looked like they weren't properly washed. ground coffee was provided. There was no coffee maker for it! The hotel should change the type of coffee or provide a drip coffee maker.

The staff always offered a warm welcome. They were very attentive to my needs! The team ensured any requests were handled efficiently. I appreciated their professionalism.

musty smell bland dishes
the staff were kind throughout my stay.
The hotel looked dated. I noticed several maintenance issues such as peeling paint in the bathroom, and a persistent musty smell in the hallways. the food quality at the restaurants was underwhelming, particularly considering the high prices. The breakfast buffet lacked variety and the dishes often tasted bland.
